I cannot recommend Fay's Flowers and Carol in particular enough. From a quick and detailed response to my initial enquiry through to delivery the service was top notch. I wanted 25 white miniature rose plants as gifts for close family and friends for my mum's funeral. Carol was compassionate and understanding helping me to get exactly what I wanted. She sent me updates with all tracking details, as well as passing on her condolences. The plants were packaged carefully and arrived safely and were great value for money.
