Delivery Policy

Please note we only deliver to Mainland UK, excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands and offshore locations.

For Next Working Day orders - the order must be placed by 1pm.  Working days are classed as Monday-Saturday.

If an order is placed on Saturday the cut off is 10am. If missed it will then be dispatched on Monday for a next working day delivery.

Your order will be despatched with the courier DPD or Royal Mail. Tracking details will be provided via email, delivery updates will be updated via DPD or Royal Mail.

Orders can be taken in advance, we will store your order on our system awaiting the required delivery date.

  • We are unable to deliver any bouquet to the Republic of Ireland.
  • Unfortunately we cannot offer same day bouquet delivery and there are will be no deliveries on Bank Holidays.
  • 95% of orders are delivered on the next working day (excluding bank holidays). However, there is a chance that due to issues outside of our control this will be the following day.

We will not be responsible for bouquets that are not delivered or delayed due to incorrect order details.

Hamper Delivery

  • Please note that hampers are delivered via a third party courier service. For Next Working Day orders - the order must be placed by 12pm. Working days are classed as Monday-Friday.
  • Hamper Orders that come in before 12pm on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday unless Saturday or Sunday delivery has been requested.
