Subscription Policy

Our subscription service starts from the first delivery date that you choose.

All deliveries will be best available seasonal plant or flowers, created by our in house team.

Following deliveries will be made during the last week of each month thereafter until your subscription ends. After your first delivery a single monthly delivery will be despatched each subsequent month, for the duration of your subscription. The delivery date will be dependent on the day of the week, bouquets will not be delivered on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday. In this case delivery will be made on the first available working day.

Delivery is free via our delivery partners for Mainland UK. Restrictions will apply dependent on postcode and location. See Delivery T&C's for full details.

The total number of deliveries made will match your subscription duration, for example, for a 3 month subscription, one beautiful bouquet will be delivered to your nominated address each month for 3 consecutive months.

You can cancel your subscription bouquets at any time however we do require 72 hours' notice of cancellation before scheduled delivery date. A full refund of our subscription flowers will be given providing no deliveries have already been made. Any deliveries beforehand will be charged for.

You can of course make changes to your subscription if necessary, ie. In the event of a change of address or recipient.

If you would like to cancel or make any changes to your subscription, contact us on customerservices@faysflowers.co.uk and provide the required details.

We reserve the right to change any terms and conditions at our discretion, but you will be informed of any significant changes to these Terms and Conditions.

Our subscription products cannot be purchased alongside any other promotional codes, unless otherwise stated.
