Flower Subscription
Our bouquets are created by our in house florists who will use the best seasonal stems to create a beautiful unique bouquet to be proud of.
We offer classic size Fays Flowers bouquet and a centrepiece bouquet options.
All our bouquets, come with a handwritten personalised gift message.
You can cancel your Subscription Bouquets at any time however we do require 72 hours' notice of cancellation before scheduled delivery date. A full refund of our Subscription Bouquets will be given providing no deliveries have already been made. Any deliveries beforehand will be charged for.

FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS
Monthly subscriptions are processed on the 1st of the month. If this falls on a bank holiday or Sunday, will be the next working day.
Fortnightly & weekly subscriptions start on the first Wednesday after signing up.
Cut off times:
Orders must be in before 11am the day before a new cycle begins.
We will do our best to ensure your bouquet is transported to you in the best possible way. Once you’ve received your bouquet, make sure to trim the stems and place in a vase of fresh water with our provided flower food.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
